Five Suns is the exclusive Martinez host of Grainbakers Breadmaking Classes. Our friendly breadmaking pal Caitlin joins us at the brewery a couple of times a year for each Artisan Breadmaking made with our very own Five Suns Spent Grain! We begin class with a Bread and Butter sampling and beer social followed by a tour and talk with Jess, a class lesson and then a wild and interactive hands-on breadmaking lesson. You leave with a fully formed dough rising in it's first rise ready to bake when you get home and lots of fresh Five Suns spent grain. Both of Cailtin's previous classes at Fives Suns sold-out and had rave reviews so you don't want to miss this class!
